Erik Saberski

Quantitative Ecology and Data-Driven Theory

Erik Saberski received his B.S. in Mathematics and Physics from Bates College in 2017. While at Bates, Erik researched the reproductive life of pea-aphids, the location of RNA within lyme disease spirochetes, and dynamic modeling techniques to predict rainfall patterns. He also did neuroscience research at Yale University in the Blumenfeld lab studying consciousness. Now, Erik studies Empirical Dynamic Modeling as a research associate in the Sugihara lab at Scripps Institution of Oceanography.
